I spent 13 years on soccer during my student days, traveling with Schalke as a trainer — that experience remains my starting point. After university I became a personal trainer at BVEATS, handling 2,000+ clients in six months. I went independent at 22 during COVID, and at 25 was appointed to run MAD Gym Shibuya — a location losing ¥1.5M monthly. I grew its Instagram to 40K followers in four months, with Reels reaching 5M views. From that journey came a conviction: the moment a person finds something they can be passionate about, they unleash astonishing power. JINBEI Inc. is a company that designs that enthusiasm. Like Jinbei in One Piece, we want to be a reliable force behind someone's voyage. Believing in the potential of each person, and creating environments where that potential can fully emerge — that is our mission.
